Finance Assistant

Location: Iver, SL0

Salary: circa £26k
The Accounts Administrator will be reporting to the Head of Finance this role will support:

Operation of the company’s supplier accounts including handling supplier queries & data entry.
Credit check reports for new customers
Credit control activities
Invoice loading; sales and purchase
Credit card and bank reconcilitaions
Budget review support
General accounts administration including filing, answering phones
General HR administration and coordination, first line telephone queries.
General company administration support as and when required.
Candidate Profile

Studying towards AAT / ACCA / CIMA
Understanding of spreadsheets, databases or exposure
Experience of using account systems (Xero)
Good numeracy skills and good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
