Trainee Finance Assistantwith Training Package – Permanent – based in Knowlhill Milton Keynes (MK5)
Purpose of Role:
A newly created role has become available for a driven, hardworking individual that's willing to learn. Training package will be offered to help them towards AAT qualifications. The company is focused on finding an individual with a positive mental attitude and willing to learn all aspects of accounts and progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities will be:
Purchase ledger
Matching and coding invoices
Sales ledger
Legal cashier
Assisting with month end duties
Bank reconciliations
Person Specification:
Desirable:
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in an account's role, such as Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control. The duties of this role will evolve as you build your knowledge and skills. This position would suit a committed trainee candidate who is looking for a career and has aspirations to progress to an accountant level role.
Essential Skills:
Willing to learn.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with senior members of the business in a confident and professional manner.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy for all record keeping and reporting.
Process oriented with the ability to see a task through to completion.
A team player who works effectively with others.
Proficient in all MS Office Packages
Hours of work:
8.30am – 5.00pm or 9:00 am – 17:30 pm (Monday – Friday) (can be flexible)
Must be able to work remotely and in the office when safe and legal
