A local employer of choice is looking for high performing Finance Analyst to join their growing team in Milton Keynes.

As the Finance Analyst, you will report directly into a highly supportive Head of Commercial Finance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Using advanced excel skills to conduct detailed analysis to solve problems and drive revenue growth initiatives.

Directly partnering with commercial heads, aiding the generation of targeted recommendations to maximise revenue.

Promoting data driven decision making.

What experience is required?

Experience in an analytical role in a fast pace/ large data environment

Comfort and experience working with large datasets

Happy pulling data out SQL databases and working with it in Excel

Experience delivering insights from data, not just running reports which provide key numbers

Interest in driving the commercial side of the business

Experience working with stakeholders outside of data-centric areas of the business (e.g. Sales, Marketing, etc)

Team player attitude

Comfortable taking ownership of projects, even if they are slightly outside of what they would normally do
