Due Diligence Assistant Manager – Transaction Services – Leading Consulting Firm – Milton Keynes (with remote working) – Circa £40k-£50k plus package
Robert Walters are hiring for a Due Diligence Assistant Manager for the Transaction Services team of a leading consulting firm based in Milton Keynes.
This is a permanent, full-time role paying circa £40k-£50k plus benefits package and supporting hybrid remote working.
This is one of the top transaction services teams in the country, and this person will be working with the Head of Transaction services for a diverse range of clients – So this role will offer fantastic exposure, career progression and development opportunities.
The company are happy to consider candidates either with a background in due diligence / transactions, or someone coming from an audit role in the profession who wishes to make the move into transaction – So a great opportunity for an auditor looking for a broader, more commercial role.
They are willing to consider candidates who are part-qualified, newly-qualified or recently-qualified accountants ( ACA / ICAS / ACCA etc).
Responsibilities include:
Delivery of the financial due diligence process and the delivery of high-quality reports to corporate, private equity and banking clients.
Opportunity to manage FDD projects and develop an external network of relationships.
Work on number of cross-border transactions
Working as part of the proposal team to develop the proposition, scope and fee.
Assisting and managing financial due diligence assignments, including interacting with other specialist teams.
Preparing insightful analysis and communicating issues in a timely manner.
Preparing issues-focussed due diligence reports.
