Data Quality & Campaign Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 + Company Success Scheme + Excellent Benefits Package
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:45 to 17:00

Reporting to CRM and Data Quality Manager the role will involve reviewing and identifying data quality issues such as duplicate records, data corruption, etc. within Autoline and CRM systems. Once these records have been identified, part of this role would include looking at training needs from reoccurring errors caused by users, and then ensuring we have training and coaching in place and follow up with users to ensure they know how to correct the error.
As part of RSM we need to ensure that all activities are reported consistently and that for each campaign we ensure the sales teams involved know how to fill CRM in correctly to ensure that all activity in CRM can be reported internally for campaign tracking and externally for reports for Europe. This would involve data in CRM and then how this follows through in BI, so we can report contacts/visits through to sales by customers, to allow complete tracking of campaigns.
Training for new employees in sales roles and sales back office roles will be part of this role to ensure all new employees get the same level of training and understand the importance of getting customer data correct first time.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

Creating and documenting new processes as needed
Training – using various techniques, face to face, online, on the job
Investigate the backlog of identified potential duplicate records, and merge as appropriate, ensuring data is not corrupted, and links to records on other systems are updated accordingly
As part of the investigation work, assist with root cause analysis to identify any training issues or common factors which could be fixed to prevent duplicates records being created in future
Investigate the backlog of identified data quality issues which have arisen between records which are linked across core systems and correct data anomalies as appropriate. This may involve liaising with record owners across the organisation
Proven experience of working in a similar data quality role, investigating, and correcting issues
Working with SCRM and Insight team to ensure all processes are understood and followed, working with BI & Data team to ensure automation of error reporting where possible. Working alongside the Marketing and Contact Centre team to ensure all campaigns are recorded correctly.
Candidate Requirements
Education and/or Experience
Experience of working within an office / administrative environment
Experience with databases, data extraction and reporting
Experience of training users on systems and processes
Understanding of marketing campaign process
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 especially Excel
Good keyboard skills, accurate data entry and attention to detail are necessary
Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a varied workload
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Positive and pro-active attitude
Knowledge of Autoline and Microsoft Dynamics CRM essential
Ability to train and coach on new processes
Able to create BI reports
