Data Processor
 
Salary :-                     c£15-£18 per hour (LTD Rate)
Hours :-                     40hrs (Monday – Friday)
Location :-                 Milton Keynes
Company:-                The organisation are a multi-billion pound construction manufacturing business supplying the construction industry.  
 
Role overview:
A Data Processor is required in Milton Keynes for an immediate start ideally.  To be successful in this position, you will need previous experience within a data entry/Invoice process or similar role where attention to detail is required to accurately process information onto a SAP System (System Training given) excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. You will also have a high level of attention to detail and a willingness to help with a variety of tasks. Working within a small team in this multi-billion business, you will be responsible for clearing through this backlog ensuring the data entry onto their internal SAP system.
 
Job Description

Resolving invoice and credit note queries.
Inputting & amending invoices onto SAP system
Making calls or sending emails to resolve the queries and provide accurate and correct information.
Data entry within various systems including some CRM database support at times.
Reply to customer emails and calls in a timely and professional manner.
General other duties as required as the position may evolve.  
Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Previous data entry experience and strong general administration skills
Good Telephone manner and customer service skills
Good competency with Computer software packages including Microsoft Word & Excel
Previous SAP experience would be beneficial but not essential.
