You will be in control of the customer from…. application stage all the way to completion of their property.

Examples of what you will be doing:

Proactively progressing individual cases from mortgage application through to completion
Problem solving when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along
Working as a part of a vibrant team to support our Top Performing Mortgage Consultants pipelines.
Administrative duties as required including appointment booking for mortgage advisers, scanning, answering the phone etc.
Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and Mortgage Consultants
Working to deadlines to ensure customers achieve their dream move
Prioritising and organising your workload to ensure the best outcome is achievedKey Skills:

Excellent administrative Skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal
IT Literate
Excellent attention to detail in return for this role
Work well under pressure and use imitative
