Customer Service Advisor – Start January!

Information:
You will receive a 4 weeks in-house training in the use of the company’s computer systems, which will enable you to help customers with their banking enquiries.
The chosen candidate MUST be able to pass pre-employment screening and security vetting.
Telephone Banking Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
Aiding with balance requests, password set up and all general customer requests for information concerning the product
Dealing with all complaints in accordance with the internal complaint’s procedure
Logging any resolved complaints or escalating and unresolved complaints
Escalating any potential problems and feedback from customers to the management team
Resolution of non-technical queries
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Previous experience of working in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills
Be competent using a PC/keyboard
Be enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to work as part of a team
Hours & Pay:
Monday to Sunday between 8am to 8pm
Salary: £18,720 / £9 per hour.
40 hours per week
