The Role
Delivering great service to customers and effectively advising them were necessary.
Answering basic enquiries & transferring customer to correct department
Determination and resilience are key factors
An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential
The Person
-Previous experience in Banking is useful but not essential
-Exceptional levels of customer service is essential
-You must be able to empathise with the client and be understanding of their current situation
-You must be resilient, adaptable and able to work in a busy and dynamic environment
The Benefits
-Full time, permanent contract working 40 hours per week
-Working on a rota basis between 8am-8pm (you will work five 8 hour shifts per week)
-£20,467 per year
