Inbound Contact Centre Advisor – Immediate start 07/12/2020
We have a great opportunity to join the team as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor. This role offers experience within the banking sector, gaining vital skills for a career where you are the first point of contact for customers.
We are looking for people who can remain focused, calm and motivated. Answering incoming calls which vary from updating personal details, resetting online banking passwords and transferring customers to the correct department.

The Information
Temporary ongoing assignment
Full Time – 37.5 hours a week
Required to be flexible Monday to Sunday between 8am to 8pm (x5 days a week working 8 hours)
1 week paid training and weekly pay on a Friday!
Free onsite parking
£9 per hour
