This role sits within the fulfilment side of the department, supporting with processing and queries relating to mortgages from offer, funds release to completion.
The difference you will make.
Completing a series of procedures and routines to ensure the accurate processing of transactions via letter and email in line with relevant Company procedures and Service Level Agreements.
Resolving standard queries / non-complex issues by letter, with reference to established frameworks and procedures
Retrieving, reviewing, and storing large files on a daily basis – this equates to 60% of the working week
Ensuring that records are accurately updated for all transactions to meet Company requirements
Supporting agreed team targets by covering any gaps in delivery across teams in the best interest of the department and process effectivenessWhat you will bring.

This is an 18-month fixed term contract position
The working hours will be 35 hours across Monday-Friday 8am-6pm for full time however we would welcome part time hours
You'll be working in our Milton Keynes centre
Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible,

Starting salary of £17,029
