New Permanent Customer Service Advisor Vacancy based in Milton Keynes
My client is a fast-growth, industry-leading award-winning business employing 300 people. They provide outsourced sales, customer service and marketing teams to their long-standing clients.
They are building a new Customer Service team supporting one of their long-standing clients. They are serious about attracting the best customer service experts, to help them create an exceptional team from the ground up.
Purpose of Role:
The Customer Service Advisor is accountable for managing customer enquiries and complaints by telephone, email and also via online channels to deliver 'best in class' customer service and appropriate solutions in compliance with policy, procedures, quality standards and relevant legal and regulatory guidelines.
Duties:
Manage telephone and written customer enquiries with all communications meeting at least the minimum quality standard.
Undertake appropriate investigation of customer complaints clearly and communicate their solution/outcome. Accurately complete any associated actions to ensure the complaint is resolved and the case is correctly closed to meet the required quality standard.
Achieve positive customer feedback through customers responding to the satisfaction survey.
To adhere to best practice, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy is achieved at all times.
Attend regular calibration and customer journey reviews for coaching to achieve continuous improvement.
Monitor progress of cases and agreed actions to ensure all customer interactions are handled within SLA.
Achieve all KPIs as defined by the project service level or as directed by a manager.
Provide feedback to the Team Manager where any issues or potential improvements are identified with policies, processes, and procedures
Hour's work: & Benefits
37.5 hours (full time) per week across a shift pattern between 8:30am-7pm Monday-Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday (1 in 3), no bank holidays
