My Client has an outstanding reputation within the financial market, one of the UK’s leading umbrella companies. My client employs and pay thousands of contractors every week and due to their rapid growth we are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a very busy and friendly team.
The Ideal Candidate must have:-
Excellent telephone manner
Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Able to work as part of a Team
Communicates in a professional manner
Always maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, can do approach
About the Role:-
Answering incoming calls and directing the call to the appropriate department
Liaising with Contractors with pay & tax queries
Responding swiftly to customer requests
Managing and maintaining in-house systems
General adhoc administrative duties as required
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
