With regards to customer borrowing, the company recruiting are looking for someone to analyse their customers lending data to support with improving the service for customers

RESPONSIBILITIES

You would be responsible for analysing data trends for overdraft, credit card and loan customers
You would be responsible for implementing appropriate value based Financial Support strategies, models and controls
You would monitor performance, clearly communicate issues, develop and recommend changes where appropriate

What will you need to be successful in this role?
– You would need top be educated to at least degree level in a relevant subject (Maths, statistics, Operational Research, Physics, Engineering) or MSc level
– You would need to be aware of the systems used such as SQL or SAS
