Interaction Recruitment are supporting our client based in Binley with the expansion of their Inbound Customer Service team working on a full-time basis.
Basics
Contact Centre Advisor – Inbound Banking
Full Time – 40 hours per week.
£21,091 per annum
Shifts between the hours of 8am – 8pm (8-hour shift)
Must be flexible to work 5 days out of 7 between Monday – Sunday
Rota provided in advance of 4 weeks!
Training provided (Must have no holidays or appointments within first initial 6-weeks)
Free on-site parking
Permanent and secure!
Responsibilities
Providing assistance with balance requests, password set up and all general customer requests for information concerning the product
Dealing with all complaints in accordance with the internal complaints procedure
Logging any resolved complaints or escalating and unresolved complaints
Escalating any potential problems and feedback from customers to the management team
Resolution of non-technical queries
Requirements
Minimum of 1-year strong customer service experience.
Contact Centre or strong background within customer service.
Financial experience is valued but not a necessity.
Consistency within previous roles – No job hopping.
Computer literate.
Must be able to work with no studying commitments unless studies are worked around your rota (Open University)
