The OU is looking to recruit a Credit Management Advisor to join their Student Budget Account team starting asap for six weeks. Working 37hrs a week and paying £12.21ph, this is an Milton Keynes office based role.
Key Responsibilities;
The post holder provides a telephone and correspondence service to OUSBA account holders (students) whose accounts are in arrears or having financial difficulties.
You will operate computer-based account processing systems advising where necessary with regard to fees and interest charged to the account, payments and payment methods.
You will carry out external credit reference checks and handle complaints about OUSBA or OU services; provide quotations; collect and respond to queries about payment arrears by telephone or letter through to litigation.
Key Skills and Experience;
Proven experience of working in a credit control environment, preferably in Financial Services.
High standard of numeracy.
Proven IT and keyboard skills using Word and Excel software packages
