Job Title:Credit Controller – 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Location:Milton Keynes
Salary:£22-24K DOE
Hours of Work:Monday to Friday 08:30 until 17:30

Are you an experienced Credit Controller with proven negotiation skills? Are you tenacious and persuasive in dealing with high volume debt recovery?

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller on a 12-month maternity cover contract to join a rapidly expanding team for a nationally renowned payment solutions giant based in Milton Keynes. You will be contacting customers to arrange payment collection of overdue accounts and work with Debt Collection Agencies to refer appropriate cases for legal action. You will be required to meet daily call targets and targets for value of overdue money.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results driven with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Experience within credit control and customer liaison via telephone (circa 50 calls a day)
The ability to remain calm under pressure
