Credit Controller
£24,000 – £25,000
Milton Keynes – Hybrid based between the office and home

Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new challenge?

Our client, a leading manufacturing business in Milton Keynes has an opening for two organised and proactive people to join their friendly finance team. Your key responsibilities in this role will revolve around cash collection, query resolution, managing accounts and aiding towards reduction of aged debt.

Areas of responsibility

Monitor & review accounts to maintain credit terms
Ensure customers orders are only released as according to the credit policy
Communicate accounts are placed on hold via Dunning Notice Two
Post & allocate cash receipts on a daily basis
Issuing of Dunning Notice One & Two as per the monthly Credit Control Schedule
Provide listings of accounts receiving Dunning Notices
Review own ledger to establish & obtain potential queries
Complete the 60 Day Debt Review
Resolve customer queries & communicate the resolution
Communicate effectively with sales team members to aid query resolution & gain payment where applicable Skills / Experience

Must have experience within Credit Control, Sales Ledger and Cash Applications
Must be proficient in Excel (Intermediate Level+) Word
Willing to work to KPIs
Have a positive approach to work The hours for this role are 9 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday with a 1-hour break for lunch and will be based initially in the office for training and then move to become a mix of office/home based.
