Origin Global is looking for a customer focused Credit Control Specialist to build strong relationships with our customers and provide support to the Accounts team. The successful individual will have equally strong interpersonal and reconciliation skills with experience of working with an ERP system.
What you will be doing:
Proactively communicating with Trade Partners ahead of due dates to confirm they have received invoices/statements and are able to make payment as well as advising of current orders on account with upcoming due dates that may impact terms.
Performing credit searches on the online portal and liaising with credit insurers.
Reviewing weekly/monthly statements ensuring full reconciliation before submitting.
Keep an open communication with the account managers to effectively manage the accounts and to give visibility of any issues and concerns. Offer solutions to deal with any issues going forward.
Collate account application packs to be sent to Trade Partners as and when required.
Administer card payments both over the phone and online.
Raising of sales invoices and distributing copies where requested.

Experience of working in a similar role with an ERP system
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced Excel skills with strong capability in Word and PowerPoint
