OA in partnership with a international Business based in Hertfordshire is looking to hire a Credit Control Assistant to support the Finance team with daily duties 

· Reporting to the Finance Manager
· To assist in the daily activities of the Credit Control function for multi-currency accounts, including customer reconciliations, obtaining credit limits from credit insurers, chasing debt, clearing accounts, cash allocation and more.
· Assist in seeking credit reports for new and current customers to assess financial worthiness for credit facilities
· Updating Customer Accounts with Credit report Alerts
· Assist in managing discretionary Credit Limit expiry dates and advising Sales Managers accordingly
· Chasing Customer Debts
· Dealing with Customer queries and working with Sales Admin to resolve  
· Month – end reports
The ideal candidate will have some Credit Control exposure and Accounts Experience, Good IT skills and Excel, studying Finance exams AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA, a Finance and accounting degree is beneficial but not essential .
