Contracts Coordinator – Billing Specialist (Hybrid Working)

£22,000 – £25,000 per annum, DOE
Monday to Friday
9am-5.30pm
37.5 hours per week
3 days working from home and 2 days in the office
Our client is seeking a Contracts Coordinator – Billing Specialist to join their Milton Keynes based team.

This position will involve a mixture of home and office-based working.

You’ll be part of a team who are genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers with a wide range of billing queries by offering a consistently efficient and timely service, ensuring customers feel valued.

The job will involve…

Working efficiently with the team to provide a seamless service to internal and external customers
Speaking with customers daily through a variety of communication channels
Investigating more complex billing queries to obtain and relay accurate information
Working closely with other teams, such as the Finance Team and Revenue Operations Team
Accurately maintaining customer information so invoices reach the right place first time
Supporting Account Managers with general billing queries
Helping work towards the agreed team objectives that contribute to the wider company mission
The Person will…

Be a clear and strong communicator, both written and verbal
Be confident speaking with different people to build strong rapport and manage expectations
Be empathetic and caring to customers’ needs and expectations
Have good time management and the ability to prioritise
Be comfortable working under pressure in a calm manner
Be a keen problem solver with a desire to take ownership to resolve queries
Have solid IT skills including Excel, Word and ideally CRM databases
Be numerate with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Experience working in a finance team is helpful but not essential
