Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre based CV3 2SN.
Are you looking for an opportunity to represent an established Contact Centre. If so, then please read the information provided below. Interaction Recruitment are supporting our client based in Caldecotte with the expansion of their Inbound Customer Service team working on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls from existing customers of the bank and assisting with general account queries such as; checking available balances, transferring funds and updating information (change of address, phone number or name).
Dealing with all complaints in accordance with the internal complaint’s procedure.
Offering resolutions to account questions.
Representing the company with excellent customer service by being the first point of contact.
Details:
£20,467 per annum / £9.84 per hour
40-hours per week ( 5 x 8-hour shifts)
Must be flexible between 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday (We cannot accommodate around education or request on working hours so please only apply if you are 100% able to commit to everything stated).

Requirements:
Minimum of 1-year strong customer service experience.
Contact Centre or strong background within customer service.
Financial experience is valued but not a necessity.
Consistency within previous roles – No job hopping.
Computer literate.
Must be able to work with no studying commitments unless studies are worked around your rota (Open University)
Commitment to working full time and attending the 4-week training program with no holidays or appointments.
