Description
The key responsibilities of the successful Commercial Finance Business Partner will be:
– Overseeing the AP and AR team, including the provision of financial budgetary support relating to services within their staffs responsibility.
– Oversee the month end activities and balance sheet completion
– Enhance the finance department by leading finance projects, which will further improve the efficiency of the team
– Have key involvement in internal and external audit processes
– Working closely with the Senior Management, and developing reports and Key Performance Indicators, including presenting reports to the Senior Leadership team.
– Responsible for managing and developing a budget monitoring system which highlights material variances in a timely fashion.
– Monthly profit and loss analysis, leading to forecasting for the senior management team.
Profile
The successful Commercial Finance Business Partner must:
– ACCA, ACA or CIMA finalist
– Proven management experience
– Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, vlookups)
– Ability to solve problems with innovate and effective solutions
– Effectively use data to generate insights
– Customer centric – taking personal responsibility for increasing customer satisfaction
