The company is now keen to add an ambitious Commercial Claims Handler to their team. Based in either their Southampton or Milton Keynes offices.
The firm specialises in providing bespoke insurance solutions to a diverse range of commercial and corporate customers and generates a great deal of referral business as a result of its professional approach.
You will handle the whole spectrum of commercial claims for this brokers offices across the South of the UK (except Motor) claims from SME up to Corporate clients, including Property, Employers Liability, Professional Indemnity, D&O, and Public Liability. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality professional advice service to clients regarding any claims issues, liaising with insurers and other interested parties to expedite the claims process and effectively managing clients’ expectations.
To be considered for this role, previous claims handling experience is essential, be that in a broker, insurer or loss adjusters, and have at least 1 years plus commercial claims experience.
You will be rewarded with a starting salary of £23-25k, dependant on experience, though they may go higher for exceptional experienced candidates. There is also a claims area performance related bonus, 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and an extensive benefits package, and when we say extensive we mean it!!!
Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
