Collections Advisor – Full Time Permanent

Responsibilities
Working as part of the Collections team you will be speaking with existing customers of the company about their current financial situation and helping them to find solutions to their current debts. Whether that be restructuring of finances, setting up of new payment methods or helping them find support from debt charities you will work closely with these customers to deliver the very best level; of service possible.
– Contacting customers for missed payments, assisting if facing financial difficulties.
– Dealing with both inbound and outbound queries from existing customers.
– Resolution of non-technical queries.
The Person
– Strong contact centre and or sales experience is essential.
– Financial services experience preferred but not essential.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Must be empathetic to others circumstances.
– Be competent using a PC/keyboard.
– Be enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to work as part of a team.
Salary : £20,467 per annum / £9.84 per hour.
The position is a full time and permanent contract.
Contracted to 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-9pm and occasional Saturday’s between the hours of 8am – 1pm.
Training
4-week training programme Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, this will be fully paid! During this period, we cannot authorise any absence/annual leave as we require 100% commitment throughout the 4 weeks training.
