Are you an experienced client service/relationship manager with experience in Investment Management? Are you fluent in French, Spanish, German or Italian?

Well an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Analyst to join an industry leading enterprise, based in Milton Keynes.

The Client Service Analyst will be responsible for:

Working closely with regional sales and distribution teams to contribute to the Fund distribution effort
Responding to daily incoming calls and queries from internal and external clients / custodians regarding the Funds range of products
Ensuring regulatory and company compliance standards are met
Escalating and managing sensitive client issues to Sales & Marketing, Compliance, Legal and Senior Management
Researching and understanding the business requirements of the various regions where the Funds are distributed and communicating this back for implementation
Pro-actively identifying enhancements for the clients and communicating these internally
Automating various functions within the team and identifying ways to make processes more efficient

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

Fluency in either Spanish, French, German or Italian
KYC and AML understanding
3 years Asset Management and domiciled fund experience
Offshore Fund Administration experience
IMC (desirable)
