We are looking for a dedicated Claims Team Manager to be responsible for managing a small team within their Halo Claims division, managing a caseload of Travel and Hire Car claims. Responsibilities will include overseeing the day to day running of the team – including coaching, training, driving first class service and productivity to ensure client satisfaction.

As a Claims Team Manager, you will be required to complete the following tasks;

Provide day to day management of claims handling team including career development, achieving of team targets, SLA’s, KPI’s and benchmarks as well as ‘People Issues’
Contribute towards established client relationships, meeting client requirements, including qualitative and service standards
Understand the financial performance of the client account and maintain fiscal control over areas within direct control
Complete regular internal audits and external client requirements   
What we’re looking for from a Claims Team Manager;

Previous Management experience, ideally within an insurance background
Previous experience within a Claims environment
Strong technical knowledge/awareness of claims systems
Ability to work collaboratively as a team
Excellent communication skills and emphasis on client satisfaction
Agile approach to working with ability to problem solve
Organisation skills and ability to manage multiple actions concurrently
