GTS International is currently recruiting for a Claims Handler for our client in Milton Keynes.
The Claims handler will be required to deal with commercial insurance claims for clients across the UK.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Managing claims and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner, working to obtain documentation and information required by loss adjusters or solicitors.
Reviewing policy documents and ensuring claim is set up correctly before seeking claim.
Maintaining accurate records of insurance claims using in-house system.
Taking incoming calls from clients and key stakeholders and working to log requests correctly.
Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date and information is clear and easy to find across the business.To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience within a financial/legal environment.
Highly organised with strong administration skills.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
