Are you an experienced Claims Coordinator? Do you have 3-4 years of finance experience? If so, I may have the perfect role for you!

I am currently working with a globally renowned manufacturer who are on the hunt for a Carrier Claims Coordinator to join a hardworking, dynamic credit team based in Milton Keynes. You will be supporting the carrier claims team to process, review and resolve claims mainly within the UK & (where needed) internationally for lost stock.

Day to day tasks include:

Liaising with the warehouse, supplying data & completing all relevant paperwork
Processing all carrier claims & shortage claims, within a set time frame
Communicating with insurers, clients and carriers
Maintaining carrier claims database, making sure all details are accurate & up to date
Ensure all daily issues are input within the Query Log and resolved accordingly
Monthly review of carrier claims, identifying SLA failing and escalating accordingly
Cash collectionIdeally you will need the following experience,

A minimum of 3 years finance experience- ideally within claims
Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Must be able to use V look up and formulas
A can do attitude and the ability to work in a standalone role
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for cash query and resolution
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Proven planning, organisational, time management and negotiation skills and ability to follow tasks through to a successful conclusion
