Brooke Harrison are excited to bring to market a fantastic opportunity, we are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to work for one of the fastest growing financial services companies in the UK

As a specialist Business Development Manager, you will;

Be a 'go to' point of reference for external enquiries for bridging, commercial and development loans and an increasing range of structured funding solutions designed to broaden the Company's market opportunity, whilst also providing an enhanced service for our established existing relationships.
Work with existing brokers and introducers to deliver the right lending solution for their client's needs and generating new contacts, whilst exceeding personal income targets and contributing to the Company surpassing its business targets
Be a highly motivated, commercially astute self-starter, who is diligent, with an eye for detail and with excellent communication skills that enable you to quickly identify sales opportunities.
Working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients
Networking and building relationships within target prospects, to understand brokers needs and how you can then help them deliver complex financial solutions to their clients.
Converting new leads into sales and identifying additional opportunities.
Developing your own knowledge, to demonstrate complete understanding of the products you are presenting to your brokers.

What you'll bring to the role:

Previous experience in forging relationships B2B within a brokerage or lending environment.
Positive, driven attitude to achieve sales targets.
Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business and competitors is essential.
Willingness and ability to develop and maintain knowledge of the industry.
Excellent research, planning and organisation skills.
Be motivated by ambitious targets and do what it takes to hit them.
Be a true all-rounder.
