Financial Crime often funds much darker criminal activities. As we transform our financial crime centre of excellence, we are looking for Financial Crime Remediation Relationship Officers who will support our mission to detect, deter and disrupt financial crime activities. That's where you come in.
As part of the Manual Outreach team, you will be supporting the front office as part of the manual customer outreach process within Corporate Remediation. You'll respond to queries in relation to financial crime KYC, direct engagement with customers, working alongside our service partner and ensuring that all requests are managed in a timely manner. You'll be at the heart of the action.
The difference you will make.
Producing Request for Information templates from reviewing the customer Portal.
Liaising directly with the Front office to ensure swift completion by the client of the requested information.
Engaging directly with the Front office and managing any queries they may have through various communication channels.
Supporting the partial or non-responder process by communicating the front Office to remind them to provide the necessary documentation as part of the agreed process.
Working alongside the Line 1 Remediation team to support the consequence management process.
Assisting with raising internal reports where a potential FC concern, sanctions exposure, PEP match or suspicious activity has been identified following the agreed internal escalation and review procedure.What you will bring.
We are looking for people who can help shape, influence and transform the bank's capabilities, ensuring we continue to disrupt financial crimes, and support and enable the right outcomes for our customers.
Proven relationship management experience, with the ability to contact our customers both verbally and in writing.
Prior exposure of KYC/CDD and EDD.It would also be nice for you to have.
Experience of working in the financial services industry with knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.What our people say.
