We are working with a market leading business who have had amazing growth over the last few years
They are looking for an excellent all rounder, accounts and general office duties.
To include:
* Office admin, office purchases
* A/R and A/P Aging detail
* Liase with external accountant
* VAT return
* PAYE and NI
* Corp tax
* Payments to suppliers
* Fixed assets depreciation schedule
* Credit control
* Invoicing customers
* Ordering of office equipment
* Pension upload to NEST
* Assist sales manager with reports as needed
* Payroll, track holidays,
* Insurance, Public liability and Vans
* Utilities,elec, phones,
This would suit someone with a varied background, looking for a pivotal role, so a book keeping, office management background would suit.
Currently based in Chesham with possibility of relocation within 10 miles over the next year
