Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking to recruit a Billing & Revenue Executive to join their team on a temporary basis for 9 months.
Position: Billing & Revenue Executive (Hybrid working)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am – 5.30pm
Salary: DOE
Duration of employment: 12-month contract
You will be part of the Billing team and will have shared responsibility for the billing of multiple revenue streams with different pricing structures, so you need to have a commercial focus and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
Roles and responsibilities:
Managing the billing process for several revenue streams
Working closely with the Product and Pricing team.
Accurate reporting, analysis of revenue and production of KPI’s with tight deadlines
Assisting the team with the maintenance of customer pricing in the billing system
Raising credit notes including the calculation of credit note values and reporting to the business on a monthly credit note position.
Knowledge and experience required:
Experience of working within a Finance or customer service role
Knowledge or experience of Finance systems e.g., SAP Business One
Excellent numeracy and keen eye for accuracy
Excellent PC skills in particular Excel, Outlook, and Word.
