We are currently recruiting for the position of a Billing and Data Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to extend your career in the energy management industry, joining our fast-growing utility bill validation bureau in Milton Keynes.

Your Role

As the Billing and Data Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of performance, productivity, efficiency, service quality and profitability in our bill validation service through the implementation of effective business process management.

You will oversee the daily operation of your team, with responsibility for recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management. You will maintain a skilled and flexible resource pool to ensure service level agreements are met and bill overpayments are recovered for our customers.

­About You

We are looking for an experienced people manager with a strong background in leading and motivating teams, and a passion for customer service.  You will have a thorough understanding of meter data management, energy charge calculation and billing, with prior experience in the utilities industry. Familiarity of business process optimisation would be beneficial to help drive operational efficiency.
