BDM – Business Development Manager

£30,000-£35,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

Role Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, you will be required to be the "go to" point of contact for any external enquires for a range of financial products including Bridging, Buy to Let, Commercial Term & Development Finance, plus an increasing range of structured funding solutions.

It is also essential to provide a good service to our established existing relationships. You will work with existing brokers and introducers to deliver the right lending solution for their client's needs and generating new contacts, whilst exceeding personal income targets and contributing to the Company surpassing its business targets. You will be a highly motivated, with an eye for detail & able to working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment

Strong operational support will be provided by a dedicated specialist underwriting team who will manage the administrative tasks, preparing credit reports, instructing valuations and liaising with the relevant parties to ensure timely, reliable completions and an outstanding experience for the borrower/broker.

Based in Gerrards Cross/Manchester City Centre following up on enquiries and generating new appointments you will be office based for 2 days and out finding and generating new business 3 days of the week
