Job Title – Assistant Management Accountant

Location – Milton Keynes

Rates – £191.81 (PAYE) or £219.68 (Ltd)

In scope of IR35

My client is looking to employ an Assistant Management Accountant for a period of 12 months with a view to extending for the right candidate. We are looking for a candidate who is wishing to progress their career and chartership qualification.

What you will do:

Working as part of the West Coast South Finance Team
Supporting Project Alpha (programme to improve performance) – project creation/financial management
Managing tracker of all projects related to project Alpha to ensure the project is live and financials are correct
Governance around project financials
Liaising with project managers on financial management of the projects
Oracle projects – tool for project and financial management
Additional scope to support Management Accountant in Bletchley Maintenance delivery unit – to provide ad hoc support, particularly around period end.

Your experience will include:

Essential

Excel – intermediate to advanced
A minimum of 2 year's experience in an accountancy role
Excellent IT skills – word
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail

Desirable

Part qualified
Oracle experience
