In this role you will help lead the day-to-day Fraud Oversight activities, conduct deep analysis of Fraud Risks, and drive the overall governance of the Line 2 function. The function is there to challenge, support and help to ensure Santander UK's Fraud Centre of Excellence is as efficient and effective as possible and compliant with prevailing regulation and legislation.

The difference you will make.
Assessing fraud related MI to ensure the accuracy of the information and identify trends.
Assessing, analysing, and reporting conclusions in relation to live Fraud Risks and threats.
Supporting the design of the governance framework for Line 2 Fraud Oversight.
Managing requests from business partners in relation to fraud related advisory services
Make recommendations for change to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and positive customer experience throughout Line 1 fraud processes.
What you will bring.
Experience of Fraud Risk/Management within Financial Services.
Proven ability to conduct a deep dive analysis to translate complex matters into actionable insight.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Knowledge of UK banking regulations & legislation relating to fraud.
A track record of managing you own workload and prioritisation.
Demonstrable ability in communicating effectively at all levels.
What else you need to know.
Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract position and the location for this role is flexible.
