ADMINISTRATOR
AYLESBURY, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrator will be part of a small, friendly warranty team, dealing with invoices from car repairers and dealerships, involving:
Inputting the car repair invoices onto the system
Pursuing any outstanding invoices as notified by the claims department
Dealing with invoicing queries
General administrative duties
Answering the telephone and taking messages from car dealerships, warranty policy holders, and garages for Claims Engineers and the Claims Manager
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful as an Administrator you must have previous administrative experience and be self-motivated with:
Good MS Office skills, Outlook, Windows 10
Excellent all-round organisational skills
Background or an interest in cars or motor trade would be advantageous
Pro-active, enthusiastic, and flexible with a positive attitude
High degree of accuracy and fast data entry skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional telephone manner
The hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00 pm or 9 am to 5.30 pm
