Excellent opportunity for a strong Accounts Semi-Senior who is eager to increase their portfolio management responsibilities within a Chartered Accountancy Practice. As Accounts Semi-Senior you will have the opportunity to work in a client facing, hands on role with a varied portfolio up to £1m turnover.

This role is ideally suited to a strong Accounts Assistant or trainee Accountant looking to broaden their experience within General Practice and take on more client based responsibilities. Excellent and established Practice with WFH opportunities and internal growth. Full Time, Permanent role based in Milton Keynes.

Accounts Semi-Senior Position Overview

Statutory Accounts Preparation

Management Accounts Preparation

VAT Prep and submission

Aspects of personal, partnership and corporate tax

Review of Bookkeepers work

Liaising with HMRC

Managing client base

Client meetings and advice

Client queries

Ad-Hoc duties as required

Accounts Semi-Senior Position Requirements

Must have:

2-4 years experience within Accountancy Practice

Strong Accounts prep experience

Experience with a varied portfolio

Beneficial:

Experience with Xero, Sage Accounts Production and QuickBooks software

Formal Qualification to support your hands on knowledge

Accounts Semi-Senior Position Remuneration

Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 (open to negotiation dependent on experience)

Working hours: Monday to Thursday
