About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB are looking for an Account Payable Administrator to join the HS2 JV reporting into the … You will be expected to travel to our Head Office in Milton Keynes on an Ad hoc basis.
As the first point of contact for any queries relating to payments and invoices, you are responsible for ensuring these are responded to and resolved in a timely manner. You will need to ensure that all transactions conform to relevant legislations and be comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders such as vendors, internal customers and approvers.
You will need to make sure that you meet both Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicator targets to ensure a good customer experience, as well as keeping any files and trackers up to date.
The role will require you to partner with the procurement team to drive purchase order quality and manage price variances, along with managing the approval process for invoices to ensure prompt action.
