Accounts Payable
Based near J13 – Must be a driver
Temporary role 1-2 months possibly longer
We are looking for experienced Accounts Payable clerks to carry out a temporary role, to start immediately.
You will be responsible for:
Code, post and obtain authorisation of supplier invoices
Matching invoice off against PO's
Keep track of invoice process
Filing electronic and paper invoices once posted and approved
Basic data entry
Prepare payment runs – UK & Foreign / send supplier remittances
Answer supplier calls and emails
Deal with queries liaising with Purchasing department where necessary
Help manage supplier expectations
Add invoice to the query sheet and monitor the progress / chase where necessary
Be able to make decisions / amend purchase orders where necessary
Reconcile supplier statements
Ensure ledger is up to date
Process and pay expenses and other ad hoc paymentsYou should have at least 1-2 years experience in the above.
