We are seeking a part qualified (AAT or ACCA) Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant. You must have strong Sage 50 accounts experience & ideally intermediate Excel skills

• Good solid accountancy background
• Good Excel skills
• Sage 50 Accounts
• Good eye for detail
• Excellent English – written and spoken
• Self-reliant, well organised, able to prioritise, proactive
• Coding up and posting purchase invoices
• Preparing sales invoices
• Maintaining the timesheet system (on excel)
• Updating various excel databases for client records

This Accounts Assistant jobs role is a highly professional and friendly business who do work for large companies. So it’s incredibly diverse. From an accounts perspective – every invoice / quote is different so attention to detail is important. Good Excel skills are needed.
