Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent and full-time basis.
Position: Accounts Assistant (Home working until January 2022)
Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: DOE
You will…
Be responsible for preparing payment runs and issuing remittance advice notes
Reconciling supplier statements
Checking invoices to purchase orders
Coding and inputting invoices to the purchase ledger
Credit checking customers
Completion of credit card expense claims
Adhoc finance related tasks
You must have:
Experience in a similar role
SAP experience an advantage, but not essential as training will be given
Excellent administration skills
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
