Accounts Assistant
We are seeking a pro-active and numerical individual with a willingness to learn to join our Finance team on a temp to perm basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and self-sufficient individual with excellent communication skills to join a fast paced finance function, and work alongside a supportive and social department.
In-depth training will be provided on-the-job by experienced team and departmental managers.
Working as part of a small team you will have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and play an integral part in supporting the function.
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
• Managing incoming emails, including supplier queries
• Inputting invoices
• Assisting with monthly payment runs
• Handling post – internal and external
Accounts Assistant Requirements:
• Previous experience of working within an office environment (preferably in an accounts team but not essential)
• Knowledge of MS Office core packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong eye for detail
• Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload
• Knowledge of AGRESSO or similar accounting system would also be an advantage

Location: Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Temp to perm (TTP) Full Time, 09:00 – 17:30, with one hour for lunch (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £20,000 per annum
