We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts and Business Administrator tojoin this busy Company in the High Wycombe area. Up to £30k per annum depending on experience, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either and experiences Accounts and Business Administrator or recent graduate in Business / Finance to join a growing business. This role is varied and covers a wide range of accounts and administrative duties.

Accounts & Finance

Posting invoices

Running supplier/labour payments within agreed terms

Reviewing staff expenses

Bank reconciliation's

Dealing with account queries

Account related filing

Administration:

To help maintain various spreadsheets

Maintaining office supply inventory

Answering office calls

Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer based information

Printing/Photocopying

The Accounts and Business Administrator will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment paying keen attention to detail.  You will have a good command of MS Office Software including strong Excel skills.
