The Company:
IQ are the leading Architectural Glazing Company in the UK, based in Amersham Bucks where we also site our other partner companies. When applying for this role previous experience within a multi company would be beneficial but not necessary.
Accounts Administrator – The Role:
We are looking for a Accounts Administrator to join our team.
This role is office based and is located in Amersham.
The successful candidate will undertake the following duties:
Supplier Invoices – Coding & Input
Sales invoices – Raising & Input
Authorisations & Queries
Preparing payment runs & Adhoc payments weekly
Foreign currency payments and transfers
Employee Expenses
Barclaycard Processing
Preperation of month end & related duties
General Processing into Job Costing
Checking Daily Balances & match receipts to Sales ledger
Updating the cashbook with misc payments including Direct Debits
General Adhoc Duties as required
The applicant must have:
Prior experience 1-3 years within a similar role
Use of Sage 50, SAGE200 would be desirable
Flexible working attitude
Team player
Strong eye for detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Experience within the construction industry desirable but no essential
Location: Amersham, Office Based
Salary: From £22-25k Per Year DOE
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time 8.00 – 5.00
