Working for a prestige accident repair centre our client is seeking an Account Administrator. This is a permanent role, where you will be recognised for hard work, loyalty and achievement.
Working Monday to Thursday 8.00am until 4.30pm and Friday 8am until 4pm with a 30 minute lunch.
The role is to support with bookkeeping, accounts and keeping the financial records for the business, performing accounting work and completing basic administrative tasks.
Processing payments, invoices, statements, income, and receipts and entering data into Sage 50 accounting software then filing or scanning hard copies.
This role is effectively lots of inputting of figures and data, then the information is sent to the management accountants to be processed.
Skills and qualifications
* Excellent attention to detail to enter correct data into financial records and recognise errors
* Mathematics skills for accurate record-keeping
* Administrative skills and customer service skills
* Computer literacy, especially familiarity with Sage 50 Accounting for spreadsheets, inputting data and knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages
