Vanta Staffing are seeking an ACCOUNT MANAGER for our client. The company is based in Amersham, however this role will be working from home until September. With a salary of 18k – 20k per annum with uncapped commission and an OTE of around 28K. The position will require you to work 9am -5pm Monday – Friday. The candidate will report to the sales manager, you will be responsible for looking after an existing client database retaining accounts and building relationships.

Main Duties include

Maintain and grow existing customer relationships in order to ensure repeat and additional business
New business prospecting and customer acquisition
Fulfilling impeccable Customer Service to all customers and assisting Customer Service Department where necessary
Sales forecasting to present weekly to Sales Manager
Conducting online demonstrations over the phone and virtually
Proposing a suitable package and pricing to prospects and customers
Ongoing management of Customer Relations Management (CRM) system
You may accompany the Managing Director into key customer meetings
Compiling monthly usage and stats for customers.
