RECRUITMENTiQ are working in partnership with a local fashion retailer that currently has a number of opportunities available.

We are pleased to announce that as part of our new store opening in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, we have the following opportunities available, effective immediately:

Store Manager, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (Monday – Sunday).

Sales Assistant (Key holder duties), 37.5 per week over 5 days (Monday – Sunday).

Sales Assistant, 7.5 hours per week (Saturday – Sunday).

All positions are based on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Key skills and experience required:

Demonstrable experience of working in a luxury retail or premium retail environment where face-to-face customer contact is essential.
Experience of delivering excellent clienteling initiatives within a retail environment.
Sales driven, proven experience of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
Experience of delivering excellent customer service.
Demonstrable commercial and brand awareness.
Demonstrable product knowledge; motivated to continuously build product knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate via varied channels.
Knowledge of POS and store systems.
Demonstrable relationship building skills, able to collaborate and motivate peers.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
Positive and solutions driven attitude.
Excellent time keeping.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to frequent changes and a high-pressured environment.
