Customer Success Team Leader
CIPHR are a rapidly expanding, innovative, UK based tech company who provide online (SaaS) HR, Payroll and Learning Management systems and solutions to help organisations attract, engage, manage and retain their workforce more effectively.
About the role:
You'll be joining our busy, energetic and successful Customer Success team as a team leader, in this new role you will be working with our HR and Recruitment Customer Success Managers, ensuring our customers are maximising the value of their products and services and ensuring customer retention and satisfaction, as well as maximising group revenue propositions.
Accountabilities:
Build and maintain great working relationships with customers and internal colleagues
Utilise internal relationships to grow your knowledge
Identify, develop and promote potential integrations relevant to customers
Promote client forums and webinars
Obtain reference sites, case studies and referrals where possible
Manage the CS Team to ensure we retain and grow our customers
About You:
Experience of working within a Customer Success environment
Knowledge of HR trends and legislation relating to our products and services
Ability to hear your customers' needs
Experience of working with a CRM
Influential, agile and adaptable in a fast pace environment
Ideally team leader experience
